Do you ship outside France?

Yes — to all of mainland Europe. €11 flat shipping; free over €150.

What's the warranty?

2 years on all fixtures, against manufacturing defects.

Are the IP ratings real?

Yes — every Lumihome product is independently tested. IP65 means dust-tight and water-jet resistant from any direction.

Can I replace the battery on a solar fixture?

On the ALTO and HALO lines: yes — standard 18650 lithium cells, replaceable in under 5 minutes.

How long do solar fixtures last on a single charge?

Depends on the model and mode. Most run all night in motion-sensor mode after 6h of full sun. Continuous mode: 6–8h of light per night.

Do I need an electrician for the 230V fixtures?

For new installations or rewiring: yes, we recommend a qualified electrician. For replacing an existing fixture: usually a DIY job, but check your local electrical code.
