Warranty
Every Lumihome fixture is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, from the date of purchase.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects (housing, electronics, LED modules).
- Premature battery failure (less than 60% of original capacity within 2 years on solar models).
- Sensor failure under normal use.
What's not covered
- Damage from improper installation or misuse.
- Damage from extreme weather beyond the product's stated IP rating.
- Cosmetic wear (paint, finish).
How to claim
Email sav@lumihome.com with your order number, the product SKU, and a description (and photo, if applicable) of the issue. We'll respond within 2 working days.
