GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE 2026

PREAMBLE

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) apply between :

Lumihome , a simplified joint stock company with capital of 700,000 euros , registered in the Évry Trade and Companies Register under number 880 752 266 RCS Évry , hereinafter referred to as "the Company" ,

And

All individuals making a purchase via the website www.lumihome-france.com and/or www.lumihome.com hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer" .

These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the terms and conditions of distance selling between the Company and the Buyer, from order to payment and delivery.
They govern all the steps necessary for placing an order and ensure its follow-up.

Placing an order on the website published by the Company implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The Buyer declares that they are at least 18 years of age and legal capacity or holder of parental authorization to place an order on the website.

ARTICLE 1: CONFORMITY AND AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale by the Company are those listed on the website on the date of consultation by the Buyer.
They are offered for sale while stocks last . If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, the Company will inform the Buyer as soon as possible by email. The Buyer may then choose a product of equivalent quality and price or cancel their order.

ARTICLE 2: PRICES

The prices displayed on the website are indicated in euros , including all taxes (VAT included) , including VAT , and excluding shipping costs .

Outside of legal sales periods, Lumihome reserves the right to offer throughout the year , various promotional discounts or commercial benefits , without prior notice and according to the conditions defined on the website at the time of purchase.

Regarding O bundle offers (several products together in the same package, with a special advantage (discount, free product, etc.)), these cannot be combined with the welcome offer or any other discount or promotion currently available .

Promotional offers are valid while supplies last and for the duration indicated on the website at the time of their publication.

ARTICLE 3: PAYMENT (SECURE PAYMENT)

Orders can be paid for by :

Bank transfer

For payments via PayPal, bank details are managed directly by PayPal and are not accessible to the Company.

ARTICLE 4: ORDERING

Any order constitutes express and irrevocable acceptance of the prices, product descriptions, and these GTC.
After the order has been confirmed, the Company will send a confirmation email to the Buyer.

ARTICLE 5: SHIPPING &AMP; DELIVERY

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer.
Orders in stock are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery is provided by CHRONOPOST® Relais or GEODIS to your home .

Processing and delivery charges

Processing fees include packaging, handling, and postage. They vary depending on the selected delivery method and destination.

Accelerated delivery LUMIPRIME

LUMIPRIME Home: Expedited Delivery expedited shipped within 24 hours: €14.90 in mainland France only. The rate is €4.90 if your order exceeds €150 (free shipping from €150). from €150).

We have an express delivery contract with one business day with our partner carriers Geodis and Chronopost.

Orders placed before 12 noon (Monday to Thursday) with the LUMIPRIME option are prepared and handed over to our carriers on the same day, in accordance with this contract, to guarantee next-day delivery (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed before 12pm on Fridays with the LUMIPRIME option are prepared and handed over to our carriers the same day for delivery on Mondays.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday with the LUMIPRIME option are prepared on Monday and handed over that day for delivery on Tuesday.

Lumihome undertakes to meet preparation and shipping deadlines, up to the point at which the package is handed over to the carrier. However, despite these commitments, Lumihome cannot be held liable for any delays attributable to Geodis or Chronopost (travel incidents, strikes, weather conditions, overload, etc.).

In the event of a delay, the parcel remains a priority in the express circuit and will be delivered as soon as possible. No reimbursement of Lumiprime charges will be made if the order has been sent to the carrier within the agreed time.

Unclaimed orders

Any order not collected within the specified time frame at the collection point will be automatically returned to Lumihome by the carrier, who will notify the recipient by email or text message.

The return shipping costs charged by the carrier to Lumihome will be borne by the customer. Lumihome reserves the right to deduct these costs from the refund for the order. The amount deducted will vary depending on the weight and number of packages returned.
If the customer wishes to have the products redelivered, they must place a new order.

Clause: Customer exports - VAT

Sales made by Lumihome.com are deemed to be delivered in mainland France and subject to French VAT in accordance with current legislation.

In the event that a customer organizes the shipment of goods to a territory not subject to French VAT (overseas departments, etc.) after delivery, this transaction does not give rise to any right to a refund or tax exemption, unless prior written agreement has been obtained.

Any customer wishing to benefit from VAT exemption must inform Lumihome before the sale is concluded and provide the necessary supporting documents. Otherwise, the sale will remain subject to French VAT.

ARTICLE 6: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the law, the Buyer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty, except for the return shipping costs .

A credit or refund will be issued within 14 days , subject to receipt of the product in perfect condition .

ARTICLE 7: WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

7.1. Legal warranties

In accordance with current legal provisions, products sold by Lumihome are covered by:

of the statutory guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L217-3 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code , allowing the Buyer to obtain, free of charge, the repair or replacement of the non-compliant product delivered. If these solutions are impossible, the Buyer may request a price reduction or cancellation of the sale;

These warranties apply regardless of commercial warranty that may be offered by Lumihome.

For any warranty-related inquiries, the Buyer should contact customer service at the following address: sav @lumihome.com , specifying the order number and attaching photos of the product concerned.

7.2. Warranty exclusions

Guarantees do not cover :

damage resulting from improper installation or use that does not comply with the instructions or product specifications;
damage due to external causes (falls, shocks, excessive humidity, power surges, etc.);
interventions, repairs or modifications carried out by a third party not approved by Lumihome ;
normal wear and tear of the product or natural aging of components;
For Lumihome solar product ranges, batteries, which are considered consumables, are not covered by the warranty.
However, coverage may be considered only for lighting fixtures purchased less than six (6) months ago.
Beyond this period, no claims relating to the battery will be accepted.

7.3. Liability of the Company

The Company Lumihome shall not be held liable for:

of indirect , intangible or consequential damages, such as loss of profit, operating loss, loss of data or moral prejudice;

Lumihome products comply with applicable standards at the time of sale. However, the Buyer is responsible for verifying technical compatibility of the equipment ordered with their electrical or environmental installation.

ARTICLE 8: PERSONAL DATA

The Company undertakes to protect the Buyer's personal data of the Buyer, in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) .

ARTICLE 9: APPLICABLE LAW

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law .

ARTICLE 10: MEDIATION OF DISPUTES
