We have an express delivery contract within 1 working day with our partner carriers Geodis and Chronopost.
Orders placed before 12 noon (Monday to Friday) with the LUMIPRIME option are prepared and handed over to our carriers on the same day, in accordance with this contract, to guarantee next-day delivery (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Lumihome undertakes to respect preparation and dispatch deadlines until the package is handed over to the carrier. However, despite these commitments, Lumihome cannot be held responsible for any delay attributable to Geodis or Chronopost (tour incident, strike, weather conditions, overload, etc.).
In the event of a delay, the parcel remains a priority in the express circuit and will be delivered as soon as possible. No reimbursement of Lumiprime charges will be made if the order has been sent to the carrier within the agreed time.
