New customer, I have just bought an "Alto 3000B" floor lamp. (Very fast delivery and perfectly packaged). Great, very good lighting and powerful, heavy materials and a priori good quality. Easy to assemble. What's more, I had to contact customer service and after-sales service... Very quick phone call, very pleasant reception from both, immediate response and solution. I'm thinking of ordering a second lamp of the same reference. I highly recommend the site

After installing the floor lamp, I find that the base is a little weak. In windy weather, the base wobbles.

To be transparent and understand the context, I had already purchased my second floor lamp with pole via a well-known Chinese products platform - whose service was largely satisfactory.
That said, I bought this Alto 3000 model on LumiHome - and I have to admit that the overall quality and aesthetics are superior. The product is easy to assemble and particularly high quality. I was going for 3 stars, but I'm going for 4 for the whole package (order management + product).
However, I'm not giving it 5 stars, because the quality/price ratio is not sufficiently defended. In fact, my second floor lamp cost me almost 3 times less :( Beware of this competition and don't be too greedy on the margins, because unless I'm mistaken, this isn't "Made in France" either.
