The easy-to-install transformer
Specially designed for 12V LED luminaires, this LED power transformer enables you to power your installation in complete safety. Rated to IP20, this 12V transformer can be installed both indoors and outdoors, provided it is fully protected (waterproof box or shelter). Its electronic regulation system guarantees particularly stable voltage.

Installation:
Always disconnect the power supply before installation.
Connect your 230V cable to the INPUT side of the transformer and your 12V luminaires to the OUTPUT side of the transformer.
Please note:
Do not use halogen bulbs on an LED transformer.
This transformer is not waterproof, so it is essential for outdoor installation to protect it in a dry area (waterproof box or garden shed - pool house).
We recommend a maximum of 10 spotlights per line (having previously taken into account the total power of the lights in relation to the transformer power).

Return of a defective item / After-sales service:
For products that break down under warranty, we offer repair or exchange for a similar model, provided the product has not been modified or disassembled, and has been used correctly. The accessories required to operate the defective product must be purchased from us or from the same brand. Contact customer service before returning a defective product. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, but we will cover the cost of reshipping the repaired or exchanged product.
Return for non-conforming product :
In the event of an error on our part, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return. We will cover the cost of the return. Incomplete, damaged or soiled products will not be reimbursed.
Retractation :
You have 14 days to change yourReviews. Contact customer service before returning the product in its original packaging. A fee of 5 euros per damaged package will be deducted from the refund. Damaged or used products will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
