*Delivery clause - Lumiprime service We have an express delivery contract within 1 working day with our partner carriers Geodis and Chronopost. Orders placed before 12 noon (Monday to Friday) with the Lumiprime option are prepared and handed over to our carriers on the same day, in accordance with this contract, to guarantee next-day delivery (excluding weekends and public holidays). Lumihome undertakes to respect preparation and dispatch deadlines until the package is handed over to the carrier. However, despite these commitments, Lumihome cannot be held responsible for any delay attributable to Geodis or Chronopost (tour incident, strike, weather conditions, overload, etc.). In the event of delay, the parcel remains a priority in the express circuit and will be delivered as soon as possible. No reimbursement of Lumiprime charges will be made if the order has been forwarded to the carrier within the specified time.

Return of a defective item / After-sales service:

For products that break down under warranty, we offer repair or exchange for a similar model, provided the product has not been modified or disassembled, and has been used correctly. The accessories required to operate the defective product must be purchased from us or from the same brand. Contact customer service before returning a defective product. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, but we will cover the cost of reshipping the repaired or exchanged product.

Return for non-conforming product :

In the event of an error on our part, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return. We will cover the cost of the return. Incomplete, damaged or soiled products will not be reimbursed.

Retractation :

You have 14 days to change yourReviews. Contact customer service before returning the product in its original packaging. A fee of 5 euros per damaged package will be deducted from the refund. Damaged or used products will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
